I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all the subscribers that have voluntarily signed up as a Premium Subscriber!
This support gives me more motivation to share more ideas with you on this platform.
I want to reward those backing the blog financially. So have decided to release write-ups early to the Premium Subscribers. Initially I’m thinking of publishing to Premium 2 weeks before it is available to Free subscribers. However this may lengthen.
I don’t want to give the impression that I will continue posting regularly. I prefer the quality over quantity approach. Your time and my time are precious!
I also favour the very short write-ups to give you an idea to get started. I don’t plan on any deep dives (although I suppose I’d be open to commissioned deep dives if someone wanted more detail on a particular idea).
Last I’ll leave you with a little teaser of something I’m currently researching that looks very promising and will write up in due course if I decide to buy it for the fund.
The fund is also open to new applicants, although you must be a sophisticated investor (from any country). A minimum of £200k initial investment is required. Last year was a very good year! But as much as I’d like to believe this will continue, I know realistically that is not the case. Ether way I’m very happy with our investment process and most importantly the success rate on our picks has been very high!
Teaser:
Niche tech related testing business
Market cap USD400m
Net cash $60m
EBIT margin 32%
Last 3 years EBITDA CAGR 52%
NTM EV /EBITDA 6x
How good do those revenues look!
Please share the blog and feel free to Premium subscribe to as a sign of appreciation for the blog!
Nothing here is financial advice, or a recommendation. This is for entertainment purposes only. I share these ideas because I enjoy the research and love helping people.
Finally I’ve recently recorded an interview with The Investors Way podcast, which has not been published yet. If there are any blogs out there looking for guests, I’d be very happy to have a chat, to share my experiences as an investor, investment strategy and how I focus on handling the emotions of the journey - in the hope it’s helpful to other.
Best wishes,
Joe and Swapnil
